He loves bathtime (NOT). Seriously, he usually wailes and wailes until it's over. You'd think I was using ice water on the poor thing.

Emery dressed in his first K-State outfit. A gift from a student of mine. Still too big for him, but hey, it's never too early to show your pride!

This is a small sample of the many, many facial expressions he has. This poor kid will end up with wrinkles before he's 10 at this rate. I love them though.
More to come later. He officially outgrew his newborn diapers this week. Good news: his belly button is finally healed. It seems like it took forever to heal from losing his imbilical cord stump.

He's Here!!!

I'm very happy to announce Emery John is here! He came Friday night the 6th via C Section.

It's time

well, we had our last doctor appt today and we're set for induction Thursday night. Cervadil Thursday and pitocin Friday. Next post: pictures of his little fat face. Can't wait!!!

39 week update

Well, still pregnant here. We had been offered induction Thursday, but that depended on if my cervix had made any progress. Alas, no. Soooo, now we wait to see if he comes on his own. If not, then next Thursday we'll induce regardless of my cervix. Sigh. I'm still hopeful he'll realize how important Halloween is to the Kraft family (Grandpa Bob's birthday, my parent's 34th anniversary) and want to come tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed.
I went and got a pedicure, ate spicy food and walked all over kingdom come today...here's hoping!
